Treatment Costs

Please note that the program is structured and assigned treatment is not based on your ability or willingness to pay, but to follow the treatment program goals. Clients receive individual, group and psycho educational treatment during the program on an ongoing basis.

Some participants in the program are eligible for a sliding scale fee, due to supplemental funding from supervising or other county agencies. The eligibility is determined by what agencies are involved in the case and their authorization, where I am resident, my participation and cooperation, and the availably of funds. I understand that interventions MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.

PAYMENT AND CHARGES: I will be charged for each fee as listed. I agree to pay my bill. Arrears will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal. I will be charged a $20.00 fee for individual sessions and a $10.00 fee for group sessions that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling the DVFPS office. I will be responsible for the payment of my polygraph examination.

There will be a $25.00 fee for checks that are bounced or returned for insufficient funds. Moreover, you will not be permitted to attend or participate in group unless arreages created by bounced checks are paid in full. Also, if your arrearages climb to $100.00 or more, you will be suspended from group participation and your Probation Officer will be notified.

You are allowed only 2 unexcused absences. Unexcused absences are determined by your facilitator(s) (Dr.'s note, etc.). After 2 you will be suspended and a staffing with you PO will be arranged. Re-admission to the group will be conditional upon your stated willingness to follow group rules and regulations. An unexcused absence after re-entry will result in an unsuccessful discharge from group.
